The main window for Who's Where Messaging is the User List. This window displays all the on-line users who are available to receive messages.
From this window you can:
Send a message to another user.
Send a broadcast message to a group of users.
Schedule a broadcast message to be sent at a specific time.
Configure the look and behavior of the Who's Where Messaging User List and Chat windows.
View the on-line help.
There are two ways to send a message to another user:
Double-click the user's name in the User List.
Right-click the user's name and select Send Message from the pop-up menu.

If you need to send a message to a group of users, right-click the group's name and select Send Broadcast.
Please see Who's Where Broadcast Messages for additional information on the format of a broadcast message.
Sometimes you may need to send a message to a group of users at a particular time in the future instead of only at that moment. You can do this by using the Schedule Message feature of Who's Where Messaging. This option is only available to users with Who's Where administrative privileges.
Right-click the group's name and select Schedule Broadcast.
