Documentation Split

In order to best serve you and your users, CTCBridge now provides you with two sets of documentation. The user documentation is the heart of both pieces of documentation. The administrator documentation acts as a wrap around the user document. This ensures that you can get to the information both you and your users need, but they users can’t get to everything that you use as an administrator.

The administrator documentation is only available inside CTCBridge when you log in as an administrator. You can navigate to the user parts of the documentation through page links and through the table of contents to the left. Of course, you can view the user documentation in its entirety by just logging in any way other than as an administrator.

From the Table of Contents, you can enter the CTCBridge Menus and CTCBridge Tasks sections of the user documentation. If you begin scrolling through this help (i.e. using the [<<] and [>>] buttons), be aware that you will scroll through all of the user topics, not the administrator ones. Scrolling through administrator topics will skip those user topics listed in the Table of Contents.

More Information

This documentation is a supplement to the MultiBridge® documentation. The MultiBridge documentation also contains information about the HTML, and users.ini files used to connect your users through the CTCBridge applet. Refer to this documentation for detailed information about these files.
