With administrator permission, change the password you use to enter CTCBridge. This is not necessarily the same password that you use to sign on to your host.
Follow these steps to change your password:
From the Configure menu, select Change Password. The Change Password window will open.
Enter Existing Password in the first field.
Enter New Password in the second field.
Re-enter New Password for verification in the third field.
Click [OK].
Save the configuration.

If you discover upon your next entry to CTCBridge that your password has not changed, contact your system or network administrator. When the password is not changed by the process above, you are connecting under special circumstances that only your administrator can change. |
