If you do not want to see the button bar to the side, top, or bottom of your terminal screen, you can hide it with administrator permission. This will increase the size of your terminal screen.
Follow the steps below to hide the button bar:
From the Configure menu, select Screen Setup. The Screen Setup window will open.
On the right-hand side of the window are the 3 options for the button bar:
Hide Button Bar will erase the button bar from the terminal emulator window.
Single Button Bar will display only the left-hand row of buttons.
Double Button Bar will display both rows of buttons.
Click [OK].
Save the configuration.
