The Help Menu offers you ways to access the online help, to diagnose problems with the help of a support technician, to change languages, to find information about CTCBridge, and to repaint the terminal screen.

Opens the online help documentation. |
Reconnect |
Reestablishes a lost or dropped session connection to the server. |
Repaint |
Refreshes the terminal screen in the emulator based on all of the data from the host. Sometimes a screen is painted without all of the host data. This option will force the emulator to refresh the screen based on a complete set of data from the host. |
Tools |
Contains tools in a submenu for diagnosing problems with CTCBridge. These tools are most often used by an administrator under the direction of a Core Technology Corporation support representative. |
