Print Screens

There are several methods for printing screens. Several of these methods are readily available without the need for extra software such as JPrint. There is also one Windows screen printing method that requires JPrint.

Print Capture Window Enabled

If the Use Print Capture Window option from the General Setup window is enabled, the Print Screen to HTML and Print . . . items on the File menu both open the CTCBridge Print Capture window. The captured screens can then be printed from this window.

The Print Capture window can collect multiple screens sent to it through any printing method and then print all of the screens together.

Print Capture Window Disabled

If the Use Print Capture Window option from the General Setup window is disabled, the Print Screen to HTML item on the File menu opens a separate browser window to display the current screen in HTML format.

When the Use Print Capture Window option is disabled, selecting Print . . . from the File menu opens a printer setup window.

JPrint Installed (Microsoft Windows Only)

If you have JPrint installed, you will have the additional screen printing option Quick Print on the File menu. With the Use Print Capture Window option is enabled, this option works exactly the same as the other printing options from the File menu. The Print Capture Window is opened so you can print from there. When the Use Print Capture Window option is disabled, Quick Print will immediately send the current screen to your default printer for printing.
